This page explains the specific privacy choices available to you as a Kitero user. You can manage most of these directly in the app at Settings → Privacy. For requests that require our team, use the contact links below.
These are permanent commitments we make to every user — not optional settings.
Request a copy of all personal data Kitero holds about you. We will respond within 30 days.
Update your name and country directly in Settings → Profile. For other corrections, contact us.
Delete all your conversations and messages. Your account remains active. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Permanently delete your account, all conversations, flashcards, notes, and personal data. Cancel your subscription first to avoid further charges. This cannot be undone.
Your messages are processed by OpenAI's API to generate responses. This is essential to the service — without it, Kitero cannot function. OpenAI API policy →
If you have a paid subscription, your payment data is processed by Stripe. We never see your full card details. Stripe privacy policy →
We may use aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve Kitero. This data cannot be linked back to you.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your privacy request, you have the right to raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India — meity.gov.in.
