Kitero is an AI-powered study assistant operated by Sakthi Robotics & Automations Private Limited, a company incorporated in India and based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Contact us at legal@kitero.ai. We operate the website at kitero.ai and the Kitero app (collectively the "Service").
Kitero is available to users aged 18 years and above only, in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Kitero is currently available to users in India only.
If we discover a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend and delete their account and all associated data without notice or refund.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@kitero.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Your card is saved securely via Stripe but will not be charged during the 7-day period. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details. Your saved payment method will be charged automatically on each billing cycle. Your card remains on file for the duration of your active subscription. To remove your card, you must first cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all paid features until then.
If you cancel before your 7-day trial ends, you will not be charged — no refund needed. After your trial ends and your subscription has started, we do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. For billing disputes, contact billing@kitero.ai.
Each subscription includes 500 AI chat messages per calendar month. This resets on your billing date. Usage is visible in your dashboard. We reserve the right to limit usage if we detect patterns indicating abuse.
Kitero uses large language models to generate responses. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of content you submit. AI-generated responses are provided for personal educational use only.
The Kitero name, logo, design, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Sakthi Robotics & Automations Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written consent.
Please read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with India's DPDP Act 2023. By using Kitero, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Sakthi Robotics & Automations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting legal@kitero.ai. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Users also have rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Information Technology Act 2000.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
